 Class Descriptions

Bone Builder; a progressive resistance class designed for clients with bone density concerns

Nordic Walking: also called urban poling, bring your walking poles and learn to use your upper body as we do walking drills - one of the best forms of exercise for those with Osteoporosis - this class is taught as groups sign up.

Personal Training Sessions:  Individualized programs delivered personally!

Stretch 'n Strength:  a progressive core strength and flexibiilty class using Bender Balls.

Floor and Core: a pelvic floor training class which incorporates lots of core work and strategies for strengthening the ultra important Pelvic Floor



 

 

Fees: All fees payable by cheque or cash or e-transfer  to Bettie VanGils Kloet

Drop in for one class (Bettie's studio and indoor cycling):  FREE for your very first class with me

 One class per week: Monthly fee is $60

UNLIIMITED CLASSES  per week: BEST RATE: $105 per month.
